These earrings feature antique Venetian beads. These red and white beads are trade beads that were used for commerce in the America's and Africa. We found these beads in Ethiopia, where they are commonly referred to as thousand eye beads. The beads measure approximately 10mm round. The venetian beads are accented with a 4mm garnet bead and Bali Sterling Silver, creating a beautiful and unique earring. The earrings measure 1 1/4 inch long.
